I have worked with this shop for years. They came to me as a recommendation from someone who had know them years before that.  These guys have a great reputation beause they do great work.  Always very honest, talk to me straight up about my needed repairs, what can wait and what is urgent. Always helpful for me to budget the larger work.  I would send my wife, my grandmother, any college student or any other family or friend to these folks without a second thought.  They are just really good, hard working folks who truly care about their customers as well as doing a good job on a repair.  They earn customers for life and for me, I think they are just one of the best shops  out there.  After many years of living in Marietta, I've seen shops come and go but these guys are still going strong because they do it right!

I have used NAPA's Premier Service Center on Powder Springs road since moving to Powder Springs in 2009. I have taken multiple cars to them multiple times and always found them to be friendly, courteous, and competitive auto experts; always willing to go the extra mile to  accommodate my schedule and transportation needs. Mike, the Manager, and Kevin are very professional and provide excellent customer service.

UPDATE: A year later my opinion hasn't changed. This is a sound, reliable and friendly place to take your car for service. Mike and his folks just keep on cranking out good work.

I"m new to the area but heard so many positive reviews of this NAPA Service Center I decided to travel the extra miles for their workmanship, knowledge and service.  Met the shop's mechanical Guru, Mike Apollonio who's taken care of my needs for nearly a year.  Super shop, even has a guest transport in case you have to leave your vehicle overnight and you've no way to get back to home or office.  Great peeps!

We have a very old minivan, and the dealer wanted way more than it was worth to fix a few problems, including a hood that wouldn't open.  I found NAPA's Premier Service Center and decided to try them because they were recommended by AAA. That was one of the best decisions I ever made!  We were honest with them about what we did and did not want done.  They said that the first oil change with them would be free (that was really the only thing we wanted), and not only did they do that, but they also worked their magic and got it so we could open the hood.  They charged us nothing for any of that!  And they had it done exactly when they said they would.  We will definitely return!
