Adam was a pleasure to deal with. Great personality and made the car buying experience a lot less painful. Overall the experience was a positive one and I'm very happy with my purchase. The finance guys were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to get me the best deal. I was very pleased with the transaction. Adam was great!!!!

When you enter you are treated very well. They are glad to see you. If you appreciate high pressure salesman and if you appreciate being lured in with incorrect pricing on their web site you will love this place. I am not one to buy on the spot. I like to think things over. I said that to them up front. They pushed and pushed but I was not ready to buy. I had handed them my drivers license as a matter of procedure. They never gave it back when I called a few days later they said they did not have it. I know if I would have bought the car they would have used it to make the sale. I called and spoke to my salesman Quinton. He said he would call back in 5 minutes. After one half hour I called back and he was too busy to help me. I suppose my punishment for not buying a car. Maybe the other sales people are better. I have no desire to find out. By the way a car stated on the site at $19000.00 became $24000.00 when you buy. Naturally sales tax is added onto both figures. I was after a used vehicle. I suggest CarMax because the price you see is the price you pay. Good Luck here.

Bought my Sonata here a couple of weeks ago and had a pretty good experience. Ron was nice and not pushy, and I was able to get a good deal without hassle. Took my car to get tinted and they scratched the windshield while doing it. However, the service center acted promptly, got the windshield replaced and the car detailed, and they were extremely responsive throughout the process. Cynthia was my service agent and she was just amazing!! Thank you!

Service was Great! This awesome Gentlemen makes Armand was of great service! I had a few discrepancies with my appointment, it didn’t show on file but he still managed to give me great service and squeeze me in and get my vehicle taken care of in a timely manner! They even had free sandwiches for everyone in the lobby! Can’t beat that!! Great experience!

Came in for a routine oil change. My first time at this dealership since I moved to Palm Beach. I must say THE BEST SERVICE EVER at any Hyundai dealership. Armand Guynup was an amazing individual, so friendly and professional. He made me feel so welcomed. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, this was perfect since I was on my lunch hour. Napleton’s Hyundai I will highly recommend the dealership and most importantly I highly recommend Armand as your Service Consultant. I will keep coming back not only for my car maintenance with Armand, but all my future Hyundai purchases. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
