They treat you like royalty there. They make sure you remain a loyal Braman customer. Everyone there is super profesional. No other dealer I've dealt with (Volkswagen, Lexus) has better service. Seriously. My experience there is consistently positive, time after time, over the past year and a half I've been a customer.

My wife and I went to Braman to purchase 2 new vehicles and after an exhausting 5 hours, we finally arrived at a price. All was well until the finance manager started adding in the extras we negotiated into the price of both cars. He assured us we were getting them for free but, in fact we were paying full price as he hide them in the buyers contract. Be careful not to fall for this tactic, as this is Braman's way of doing business.. They cater to the rich, that frankly don't care or, are clueless to fact they are getting a bad deal.. Probably the first. Buyer beware. P.S. look at the reviews on this site and you can see they only praise 5 star feedback, but ignore the negative ones. It's Braman's way of saying " hey, we really don't value your feedback. We just want you to go away."

I bought a used BMW at a non-affiliated dealership and brought it to Braman BMW in WPB for basic service, maintenance and there was a faint clicking noise when slowly turning into parking spaces. They told me the car was in great condition and had been very well maintained at prior owners local BMW dealership, but that they didn't hear any noises, so they gave me the car back. I then took a simple video of the car turning and making the noise which is so prevalent I have no idea how if they did their job they couldn't have heard, and brought the video in to my service advisor. They again took the car in and called a few days later stating it was "definitely" a brake clip. I had the dealership I bought it from replace the brakes with factory BMW brakes so I didnt have to pay the $1,200 Brahman was trying to charge. I drove the car off the lot and the clicking was still there so it "definitely" WAS NOT the clips or brakes. In all this time I did some research and suggested the look at the CV joint or axle but nope they continued to find other things that could "possibly" cause it but of course the $5,000 BMW warranty I purchased directly from BMW doesn't cover anything because the right front quarter panel was replaced 2years ago after a deer hit the side of the car. My car has been there for over a week for them to tell they see the ball joints have possible damage to them that possibly could have been cause by the accident over 2yrs ago and are now trying to swindle me for $1600 to fix that which they can't even say is causing the problem I've brought it in for 3 times now in 2months. They did do me a "favor" and order some sandpaper and rubber seal from Germany for me that's they thought would fix the issues but of course that didn't do anything so here I'm am 8 days later with my car still there, no returned calls, and NO SOLUTION!!!!! On top of that the shop foreman who was supposed to call never did and in fact nobody there returns your calls. So unless your planning on purchasing a few vehicles for a couple hundred thousand dollars and getting VIP treatment I'm sure they'll put you to the side and get to you when they feel like and then proceed to nickel and dime you until them having to stand by their product is the last thing they have to do. I love my car and will certainly buy a BMW again as the noise is just a small annoyance and effects nothing as far as drive or performance, but I WILL NOT buy a car from ANY Brahman dealership or recommend any of my friends to do business with them. I don't make millions of dollars but I do make more then enough to buy more BMW's and they have lost a potential customer for life.

Sales experience was nice, but down hill beyond that. Bought a certified X3. My wife brought it in for its due service and mentioned a problem with the indicator light on the shifter, which would have been a warranty covered repair. They called and said the tire had a nail in it. Strange, as there was no indication of that when she brought it in. The electronics in all modern cars, particularly BMW's sense the slightest deviations in pressure. We reluctantly gave the go ahead for the repair. When my wife picked up the car, the indicator light was not fixed and the service rep said that that the problem didn't happen for them, as she showed them the problem. They asked if she wanted to leave it and she said no, perhaps another time, because she needed the car. Well, she ended up back there anyways because the car was vibrating badly from the new tire. Since the car was there to fix the balancing issue from the tire change my wife gave the go ahead to delve back into the shifter problem. The problem could not be readily repaired and parts needed to be ordered, etc., so they gave us a comparable loaner. Our car was not going to be ready in time for us to leave for our annual vacation so we took the car to Miami airport and parked it for a week in the garage and drove it back and returned it, no more, no less. This was done with the dealerships permission. My wife returned the car the next morning and picked up our car, complete with a ding that wasn't there before, which we opted to not complain about. I would also like to mention, throughout the entire service process, my wife was being pressured by the service rep to give all positive feedback on the comment survey because it was very important for his job, even before the car was complete. As well, everything that he did, he had to make it seem like it was a favor and he was going above and beyond, really cheezy and amateurish. After the guilt drawn survey was complete, a day later, my wife was called by the dealership and they said a slash was in the tire on the loaner that we had to pay for. I saw the photo and it was cut through the side wall. I know for sure we didn't hit anything, and once again, had no indication of a flat while driving. My wife was beside herself and had the service manager call me. His smugness and doubtfulness of my sincerity infuriated me and the conversation went south with nothing accomplished. So, looks like we are going to be charged for another tire. " We've arrived", the tart says on the television. Well, were leaving. Based on my first service experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

BEWARE!! shameful service. If you do NOT value your prized car, bring it here. They just may return it with dented or damaged exterior and grease stained seats and carpet. No quality here. And oh your problem...Good Luck!! Welcome staff very polite but some mechanic quality is substandard if not incompetent. Buyer BEWARE
