My wife went  in to check on a leaking tire she bought at your dealership 6-12 months ago. Was certain it would be no charge to check. They charged my wife $130 FOR AN HOUR OF LABOR to tell me there was a nail in it. They also said that I needed 3 new tires in addition to that one that could-be repaired. The 3 tires would cost $708 they said I needed a wheel alignment for $99.99. They said I needed a fuel system treatment for $259. They said I needed coolant flush for a $130. They also said I need air conditioning service for a $154.
I proceeded to take it over to a mechanic who I deal with at ultimate auto services on Lake Worth road and 441.  I've used him before , but was using your dealership because the Traverse was under warranty.  In fact, it is barely out of warranty, but I thought there was a possibility the tire still was under warranty, hence my bringing it to you.  Anyhow,  ultimate auto fixed the tire for free.  I tipped the guy $10.  Then they did a tire rotation and alignment for $49. They said everything else cited was ridiculous and unnecessary. They told me the other three tires were fine and by rotating and aligning them now, they would last even longer. Your service department was completely unscrupulous, exploitative and mendacious.  And the fact that you have yet to refund my $130 is beyond grasp.  My wife brought the car in to see if our tire was still under warranty and why the car charging outlet wasn't providing a charge.  You tried a charger and it worked....end of that issue.  You found a nail in a tire that I thought might be under warranty... end of that issue.  $130???!!!  Then you say I need $1600 in repairs!!!  A categorical joke.  Where is my $130 to tell me the tire had a nail in it?

My experience at Rodger Dean was fine until after I got my car serviced there and noticed that my breaks where making a clicking noise when I would come to a stop. I called the dealership back to ask if they would be able to check out my back brakes since they cut my rotors in the front and back. I was told by a gentleman in the service department who's name I didn't get that if I brought my car in and if they found no issue that I would be charged... ARE YOU KIDDING ME what happened to customer service. My breaks were serviced by the dealership the day before and I paid for the service and just wanted them check. Needless to say that I will never be back to Rodger Dean for any service needs. Which is sad because I with better customer service I would have been a long term customer. 

After going to tire kingdom it was found that the clips wasn't on properly and it took them maybe 5 minutes and they did it for free... the only reason why I gave 2 stars is because they did fix the problem. Never show a customer you don't care.

Roger Dean has always been a great asset for information and parts for us. I always enjoy seeing their parts driver Naomi. She has such a great attitude towards life. Because we all know life just is not easy at times. Thanks Naomi for all your hard work.

When the busy bodyshop life keeps you running around crazy, We can always count on Roger Dean to get our parts to us. Which in turn makes our customers happy.  Our route driver Becky Freeman is always on top of it. She knows which parts are for which techs and takes it right to them to check the parts in..... We appreciate all that Becky does for us... Makes our jobs a little easier..

It's a small dealer but the service is alright. I was looking at a corvette when a sales man came up and asked me if I needed some help. I said "I don't have money for a corvette". He laughed and then left, but I never said that I didn't have money for any other car. Other than that it seemed alright. About 20 years ago my parents had an accident which a Chevrolet vehicle and they took it there to get repaired the car came out with more problems than it went in with.
