Came into Nasty  Habit during their open  house.  Super warm  welcome by  the staff and the athletes.    Hawk  was enthusiastic and motivating.  Really enjoy working with the whole crew.

Amazing coaches. Amazing athletes. Clean, honest, and to the point. Crossfit is not just a gym, so don't go in expecting it. You'll get a family out of this place!
