I can tell you as a new member (black) upon walking in I was not told where anything was,  took a photo of me without telling me, the young college kid had no desire to move from the counter! I'm a tax payer not a trust fund baby and I deserve some respect. This location is filled with those type of kid's and was over crowded. Unfortunately I will have to go back and ask the employees to give me a tour on what I'm paying for. I even told the guy myself he didn't give me a tour and that I was unaware they don't provide tanning eye wear. He didn't care! And FYI this location is bring your own locks as well which you should.  If they don't want to help you ask for a THE manager not Assistant because that's who I was dealing with.  Unacceptable

Been a member at this location for 7 years. It's a great place to focus on one's workout. It's always been a great gym, with friendly people and staff. The new location in the Hampshire Mall is even better, with upgraded facilities and more exercise stations. I look forward to many more years of superior workouts at Planet Fitness Hadley!

There are a large number of extremely creepy people living on planet Earth. Quite a few of them work out at this gym.

Turn the horrid music down. We aren't all vapid dead eyed millennials. Thanks.

Best gym for the price, very friendly staff, member for 4 years. New facility at Hampshire Mall is a little different and some people have complained, but the equipment for the most part is better. Some people have expressed concern about Windows that look in from the mall. Let the peasants stare at us like Greek gods from cheeseburger alley. This review was extra long to earn me extra google points.

Good, standard Planet Fitness. No judgement zone is TRUE! PF is really what you make it for yourself. The new facility at the Hampshire Mall is gorgeous!
