Visited this stately place a few months ago, and was duly impressed, even when I didn't get to see the Blue Angles take to the sky due to a rainstorm. I appreciated the extensive collection of historical artifacts and friendly smiles from the workers. The only irks were the recycling bins, who seemingly played an hours-long game of hide-and-seek from me and three of the cafe's plastic water bottles I ended up carrying around. The bottles got the tour, too! Also the statues out front were really nice.

The Museum is quite big. There's a lot to see. We rode the trolley tour at 11am and it wasn't too hot (end of September). The tour guide was very knowledgeable. Exhibits were very well done. Overall, a great experience!

This museum is a great history lesson and all the staff are friendly and so well informed. I have vacationed on the Alabama Gulf Coast for 20+ years and cannot believe I have never visited this fine museum. I highly recommend it and will be back!

A MUST visit in Pensacola! Packed full of planes and artifacts. Loved the way they broke down the eras with scenic artifacts. The videos are informative and the simulation movie excellent. Family friendly and FREE! The veterans that volunteer are amazing don't miss out on their stories and experience. We did the tour in 3 hours but easily could have spent all day. Our young adult kids loved it!

Excellent time at this museum. It is free admission and much better than some that I have been charged admission. Lots to see and do. The kids will love it if you want to bring them. Plenty of places to sit and rest if you need to and would definitely be worth a second visit.
