About

For more than 60 years, the Pensacola Museum of Art (PMoA) has presented hundreds of exhibitions and thousands of educational opportunities, becoming the foundation for the visual arts in our community.

Story

Located in downtown Pensacola, the Pensacola Museum of Art is the only major professionally operated art museum in Northwest Florida from Mobile to Tallahassee. We continue to partner with local schools, the University of West Florida, and other cultural organizations to develop creative programs in the area.

Monday closed
Tuesday & Wednesday 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.
Sundays - noon until 4 p.m.
Closed Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day and Easter Sunday

Military & Dependents, Seniors (65+), AAA Members, UWF Historic Trust Members, UWF Alumni Association Members : $6
Children (3 - 14): $4
Children (Younger than 3): Free
UWF Students with Nautilus Card - Free
SNAP recipients/ EBT Card Holders: free for up to four individuals per EBT cardholder with valid identification.

Mission

The mission of the Pensacola Museum of Art is to be a bridge to the visual arts for the diverse populations of Pensacola and the surrounding communities by

■providing an array of stimulating exhibitions within our historic building;
■collecting and preserving works of art from the 20th and 21st centuries with an emphasis on modern and contemporary art; and
■implementing age-specific educational programs to inspire and encourage an appreciation of the arts.
