Bad phone manners,  managers/supervisors here do not care to help customers. Everything is okay until you file a claim. Unfortunately, my car was vandalized and needs serious repairs. I called them because of communication issues with my adjuster. Talk to a supervisor his treatment was very transactional, no customer service oriented whatsoever. They do not make you feel as a customer. Instead, they talk to you as you were taking their time.  Do not get insurance with these people, look for a different place.

I have been with McCartin Insurance for almost 20 years and have always had superior service from the agents. They are always friendly and courteous, but above all, helpful. 
Fortunately, I have not had a lot of need to call upon my home or auto insurance, so contacting McCartin is not a common thing. But when I do, the agents respond with friendliness and seem to know that I am probably dealing with a problem, so they are there to help me, not be part of the issue.
I appreciate that McCartin Insurance is an independent dealer. I periodically contact them to ask if it is in my interest to change my insurance carrier - for either home or auto. They dutifully investigate and give me a helpful response. I now take into account in considering the value of insurance if McCartin Insurance offers it.
McCartin Insurance has earned my customer loyalty. I hope they recognize the value of that and keep doing the excellent work they do.
