Check in time was 3 pm. We were told that the "type" of room we requested was unavailable and that it would be ready in 30 minutes. After a much longer wait, we were finally give our room at 430 pm. When we went to our room, we discovered that it was quite warm. We went to the Rockies game. Upon return, we found out room to remain quite warm despite the air-conditioned being on the entire time we were gone. Upon informing staff that it was too hot in our room, we were told that there were no other rooms to transfer to as they were fully booked. We were offered fans to place in the room but were told that the fans were in a closet that couldn't be accessed by the staff on duty. We finally got a single fan in the room to attempt to cool it off. Overall, the front desk help we had on arrival was really no help at all, seeming to ignore our situation as we waited. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and offered us a free breakfast. The front desk woman that helped us overnight was very pleasant, professional and courteous. We've stayed downtown Denver many times over the last 5 years. We were hoping that this newer hotel would offer better customer service over some of the others we've stayed in. I'd have to say that we were disappointed initially, but the overnight front desk almost made up for the lack of professionalism and concern of the daytime staff. We may or may not stay here again in the future depending on rates and availability of other hotels.

We spent our anniversary here. What a terrific experience. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even offered us a couple of free drinks for the occasion. The room was very modern and impeccably clean. The location is near Central station and within walking distance of a ton of great restaurants, breweries, and bars. Everything about the stay was top notch. I hope we can find our way back here again soon.

The hotel was wonderful overall (it's brand new, so I expected nothing less). The room was nice and the staff were friendly, but there were clearly marks where the room showed the signs of the recent construction. There were strips of blue tape in random places, the bathroom showed smudges where it looked like it hadn't been cleaned one last time right before the opening, and the room had a very funny smell the entire time there. Nothing too major, but several notable things that I would expect to have been fixed for a hotel of this caliber. Also, they only have valet parking available and it's on the expensive side. The staff were very friendly though, and the restaurant was absolutely divine!

Stayed here for a series of baseball games. Great location within easy walking distance of both the stadium and downtown. The staff was great and very friendly. Very nice rooms and a good atmosphere. Lots of things to do nearby too.

This is the first hotel I have ever stayed where I had to pay $35 yes you are reading that right $35 dollars to park. AS A GUEST AT YOUR HOTEL! Never again will I stay here. Staff was friendly but very robot style. Just going through the motions. I was never told my total bill when I checked out, I was just told to have a nice day. This place was lame. It's really the parking rip off that put a bad taste in my mouth. $35....... Boooo. Never recommending this hotel to anyone.
