Lovely, eclectic and chic. Unfortunately there was construction outside our window at 730am. I know sometimes it can't be helped but it really ruined the vibe of this destination hotel. Otherwise, very nice!

The staff was very welcoming and the hotel was very clean and decorated with a lot of fine and interesting Western art. One star off for no maid service to our room on a daily basis, ie we had to call to get fresh towels, get our bed made etc. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel. Staff was always responsive to any question or issue.

Nice clean hotel but there is a terrible dynamic at the front desk. Staff at this hotel are either really nice or real jerks! Some staff are very helpful and nice, whilst others particularly one or two females who seem to be more senior are real a**holes. I had about three separate incidents where a staff member was helping me and one of these "ladies" stepped in and talked over me and talked over the other staff member to block good service. I witnessed the same with new arrivals and other guests too many times! Nice place but some of the front desk team have a real problem. Try them out and you will understand. Not cool people.

I did not stay here personally but had relatives staying here so was in and out a few times. Staff was very helpful and held our bags even when we were not staying there! I liked the art too. Definately stared at the golden penguin with the jetpack for a while just thinking "what does it all mean man"...

Location was perfect--right by Coors Field. Parking was a nightmare, though, but I can't fault too much for that as I was driving a giant van. The bar was great, as was the bed and shower. Not sure the price was really warranted, though. Still, I was happy overall.
