Went to this store while on vacation to see if they had a pair of chacos I've been looking for. They did have the style I was looking for (yay). When I asked for my size the young blonde girl rolled her eyes and told me they didn't come in 1/2 sizes with such a horrible attitude. (I didn't know the leather ones only came in whole sizes, she could have nicely informed me that but she decided to be rude).
Needless to say, my husband and I left and went to a shoe store across the street and bought the same exact shoes. 
Customer service means everything. 
The store had a great selection! The employee we dealt with was just a dud.

Was there 2 weeks ago and the woman who started to help decided I wasn't good enough to wait on and left me in a huff.   NOT PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE,  you lost a $200 sale  I will shop online instead of going to your store on The Island.  Very disappointed in the customer service.
