Went in looking to replace my 30+ year old Eastern Diamondback boots. Didn't have any in stock (in my size) but was able to custom order a pair of Black Jack boots. The staff were amazing and knowledgeable. Steven went above and beyond in helping with my custom order!! If you are looking for boots they have a great selection and the prices are actually very reasonable for good quality boots. I will definitely be returning to Stages West on my next trip to Pigeon Forge.

Had a great time purchasing my Stetson cowboy hat (Marshall (ranch tan)). If your near stages west in pigeon forge TN and needing a quality hat. Stop on in and see Mr. Earl. He'll take good care of you. Sell you something you like, not worried about taking all the bank. Good guy to trade with

The only place to get boots! Best staff, spend all the time in the world and show you all the options possible. Very knowledgeable about their boots and won't pressure you!

The story is amazing. I felt like a kid in a giant candy store. The sales people were helpful, & Henry went out of his way to be extra helpful with me, even though it was near closing time. It was the best experience I've ever had shopping! I plan to drive 200 miles out of my way to go there again.

Been there twice in two years and will never go back. Bombarded as soon as you walk in the door, can't look or try anything alone. I honestly wish I would have asked them to leave me alone. I hate rude people who won't let you breathe. Had money in my pocket to buy boots but will go elsewhere. If you like used car salespeople you'll love this place
