French's Shoes and boots is a family owned company started in 1972. The first store was located in Crossville Tennessee, and we are still expanding! Currently there are 12 stores, and we have stock available at various Flea market locations as well! At French's you can expect a warm welcome and a rewarding experience.

The people here are amazing. One of their workers spent at least an hour with just me and my wife making sure I didn’t leave until I had the perfect fitting boot. The quality of the boots is also great. If your in need of a new pair give them a shot.

Gentleman was very helpful with finding my work shoes. Very pleased with my purchase. Shoes aren't heavy and are comfy for all day standing...thanks I will be back for my 2nd pair.

My husband needed work boots. We were on a mini vacation and French's in pigeon forge was the first store we stopped at. I asked a young man if a certain boot was waterproof. He said, I'm not sure but ill get someone who knows. Kittie, (I'm guessing is a manager), went out of her way to help us. She ask what I was looking for and what price range I needed. Kittie, the young man, and another young lady all help my husband find the right fit. Even went so far as to demonstrate and explain how a boot should fit. We found the perfect boots and was given a discount to help keep it in our price range. This is great customer service. I wish I would have gotten the names of the two young people that also worked there, because they along with Kittie made our day. This is why we will be back next time we need boots. Thank you so much.

Purchased a pair of boots on 5/11/17. The man that helped me was great to work with. I really wanted a pair of comfortable work boots. Been a Red Wing boot guy for years, recently was not happy with the product or prices. They have there place just not on my feet. Anyway the man at French's took time to show me different options that they had to offer. I really appreciate a salesman that cares. Thanks Again.
