Had a horrible experience here today and will never return after receiving the following response When I spoke with you today, I apologized several times for the miscommunication you had with one of our employees. You were angry we didn't get back in touch without you about your complaint. Unfortunately, we never received a message to call you. I apologized about that as well, but you didn't seem open to accepting any apology. You seemed to want us to give you a discount or something to make you happy. Very your way or the highway. Well, we're not that kind of store. You can give us a 1 star review all you want. Your not really giving our store a 1 star as you actually complimented our store in your review. We have a great store and our customers shop with us because we are knowledgeable, have great prices and an Amazing selection. We wish your furry friends the best. Thanks for shopping with us. Clearly the owners arrogance makes him unable to deliver true customer service. I was angry and his adult daughter was laughing at me. Clearly there is a lack of proper management here. I had been happy with the service prior to this but there are plenty of other places with as good or better selection who appreciate their customers.

This store has so much more to offer than first sight. I exclusively shop here for all of my pups needs. They have a wide arrangement of chew toys, treats, food, water dishes etc.

Twice I've tried shopping at Nature's Pet and I've been incredible dissatisfied both times. The first time, I bought a bag of raw dog food patties that turned out to be rotten and freezer burned. Unfortunately they don't accept dog food returns, apparently. Whatever. I'll take the L. Maybe it was the dog food company and not the store. I'll give them another chance. So I bought a "super durable" chew toy that ripped apart in about 30 seconds yesterday. Sorry, no returns on those either. No chance of a warranty, no store credit, no nothing. Just $50 total down the drain because I paid Nature's Pet Market to dispose of their garbage for them.

Terrible manners with customers. I choose some dog treats from the open boxes, had to wait an extended time to be acknowledged. The cashier said - We don't deal with scales here, you have to buy a full bag, and he asked me to put the treats back myself!! He began returning the treats instead of ringing me up for my other items, and I wanted to walk out. A few years back I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. I was a long-time customer and they refused to honor their guarantee on one small thing. Worse, they were cold, impersonal and transactional. Only their policies and the dollar matter to them, not their customers. Shop at Natures Pet West Linn or Lake O., they are really nice there! This is the absolute last time I will step foot in Sherwood Natures Pet.
