The store and employees are absolutely wonderful, let me start there. I've never had an issue when I go to just pick up treats or toys. However, I recently boarded my dog at the pet hotel. I got a call the morning I was due to pick her up saying she was coughing and they were taking her into their vet. I figured she got kennel cough despite having the vaccination, which I am aware can happen, so I wasn't angry or upset. When I went to pick her up, though, they said she was fine and it was just a hoarse throat from barking a lot. My dog is vocal so I didn't question that at the time, though I made a mental note to get a second opinion if it hadn't improved. A few days later I had to take her to my usual vet for medication. She was coughing so badly she could barely get her breath. Your vet said she was fine? What exactly did they do to verify that? Like I said earlier, I wasn't angry that she got sick - it happens. But when you try to either cover it up to save face or you just don't care enough to tell someone their pet is actually sick... not a business I trust. I'll be boarding her elsewhere and definitely won't come to this vet.

This is like heaven to your pets as they come here for supplies. Everything that they dream about can be found here. They have access to many different vet services. There is also a hospital. Your pets can meet new friends and decide on new favorite toys. It is like Christmas for them every visit. Actually you should enjoy it also. Take a peek at the doggie day camp if you can. There is always a lot of energy always coming from that spot.

Great store but don't try to buy a pet there I went to get a dog and they wanted my ID my credit history wanted to see my wife who was at home with a stroke couldn't move and they said no dog if your wife won't come to the store I told him she had a stroke and they said tough no dog so PetSmart can bite me

As a newer customer I was able to really dig deep and learn all the This location has to offer. As a busy professional I am always trying to fit appointments in here and there and it can be quite a challenge and interruption in my life. Today I discovered the conveniences of an all in one care center for my fur baby that meets all of his needs and mine. I am able to send him to the doctor get him groomed and allow him to spend the rest of his day in a doggie daycare that allows him playtime with like minded species. Big shout out to my groomer Emma- she is amazing, she does a beautiful job on my Kairn Terrier. And I really appreciate her conciencious and specialized work. This all in one facility is truly a luxury and convenience that is hard to find. Big kuddos to employees and management for their emphasis on customer care and convenience. L
