Won't be going back, whatsoever. The girls working at this store, unbelievably unhelpful and rude. I typically drive further out to our normal dog store for treats, food, toys and the like, but passed this location and gave it a try; sadly. Walked in and was half greeted with a forced smile by one of the girls who couldn't be bothered to help. The other managed to "look" busy (as no one was in the store when I was there). When inquiring about a few items I needed, the answer was a swift, "It was right in front of you, you already walked past what you're asking". First off, I have never been to this retail store, so I am not familiar with their layout, second, I was greeting them and having to practically pull teeth for info and help. I'll happily drive further out for what I need in the future, as this store will never get my business again, clearly they must be doing so well, they pick and choose who they help and who they don't.

Brought my dog in and got a amazing harness for her and got cheap fish food. 10/10 rec over petco/pet smart

Great pet store. The staff is super friendly. Pricing isn't too bad, pretty much the same as somewhere like Petsmart or Petco. I come here all the time for crickets and they give great deals on them (better than somewhere like Petsmart or Petco). Would recommend coming here.

Got back to town today to find ran out of the only food my 15 yr old Beagle Bassett can eat and the only store who carries it closed early. Found one bag in the city, at Healthy Pets in West Linn. 20 minutes to closing and I was across town, they were so nice to wait and watch for us to be sure my doggie didn't have to go hungry.
