The team here was great, I actually picked out the bike at another shop but they were out of my size. When calling this location they assured it would be set aside for me, upon arrival they didn’t just have the bike set aside they also had an array of gear ranging from pedals to helmets in case I was in need. They checked everything on the bike to make sure it was completely set for my height and weight. On top of that they were super personable and I can say between the two trek shops I haven’t had a better experience!

Great place that fixes bikes same day, reasonable prices, and very knowledgeable staff. I left feeling happy about the bike I was using and knowing more about it too. Would definitely recommend

Staff were so patient with my many calls from Oregon. Adrian assembled my bike perfectly, including a few new parts that were needed. The shop kept in touch when assembly was complete. Prices seemed very fair.  Adrian took a bunch of extra time routing me out of the city.  Straight through downtown Providence, easy peasy.

The team at East Providence Trek consistently do an excellent job. I always have a great experience whenever I visit the store whether I'm buying a new bike or bringing in a bike for service.10/10

They went the extra mile to make sure my bike was fitted to me and when I came back they even made adjustments for me to make it even more comfortable to ride. Very satisfied with both the bike and the service.

Sure, it's a corporate store and part of a giant machine designed to separate you from your money. HOWEVER this store is full of RAD locals that really like bikes and they want YOUR bike to be as sick and FULLY DIALED as their own.

NBX Bikes of East Providence is formally East Providence Cycle. Although the name changed you'll find employees that have worked there 17 years and they know bikes. A good selection of well made road, cruising and mountain bikes.  The bike repair and service here is outstanding. Good selection clothes, bike helmets and gear. And Bike Rentals! All summer long!

I am very very very very satisfied with the experience that I had at Trekkies Providence. The staff there helped get my bike to be exactly where I needed it to be. Even though the bike had been tuned up a couple of months ago they STOOD by their work!!! They also help me with purchasing the tool that I needed to keep my bike running perfectly while not up selling me.

It's a nice store, with this pandemic stuff everything is hard to get a good bike l believe they have a good staff but Riley will make sure your experience shopping at the store it's unforgettable, and I I think they have everything you need in the biking world....‍Oh and don't forget about Store M. Benj a real bike guy...

Just went in to buy a gift card. Staff was very helpful and personable. Have purchased clothing and  accessories in the past - nice selection. Clean, organized store.
