NEA Baptist Health System is comprised of the 216-bed NEA Baptist Hospital and NEA Baptist Clinic, one of northeast Arkansas' largest physician groups. The hospital offers a number of inpatient and outpatient services, including surgical services, neurology, cancer care, open-heart surgery, as well as labor and delivery services through the hospital's Women's Center. NEA Baptist Clinic's 100 physicians practice in more than 35 specialties and offer a wealth of services, from weight loss surgery to chemotherapy. Staff has been so helpful and attentive. The doctors have really surprised me. Especially Dr. Williams. My 1st night here she actually sat down with me, got her own detailed history from me, took notes, and even took time to find out who I was personally. Ive never had any doctor act so concerned over my health and care plan. Each of the nurses have been wonderful as well. Andrea, Crystal, Rebecca, Becky, Autumn, Lisa. One of the RN, Jason, actually took the time to walk me down to Starbucks in the lobby. They have acted like a team whose main goal was to get me better. They look at the whole you, not just the illness you are being treated for. If you get sick, this is where you need to be for the best care around.

This hospital is a JOKE.They don't deserve even one star. A big zero would be more appropriate for them. I had to bring my daughter to the ER for mouth pain. She had been hit in the head with a very heavy object. Dr. Herman then gave us this long speech about opioid use. When he needed to address my daughter's injury, and pain. He treated her like she was some sort of junkie, or drug user. Which has never been the case. But instead she continued to hurt even after her release from NEA. But to make matters worse while we were there. A monitor was going off in her room making a loud alert sound. I called the nurse's station to come turn the monitor off. I called twice in a twenty five minute time period. Apparently, nurses don't have feet at this hospital. Because no one ever came to turn the monitor off. My daughter is still in pain today and her face is still swollen up badly. It's Thanksgiving Day!! She won't be enjoying her holiday at all because of this so called hospital. I recommend that you go to St. Bernards Regional Medical Center, if you are seeking  medical attention for any kind of help. These people are not medical professionals. They do however seems to be Judges of your character without knowing you.

Worst place ever. They discriminate. Are uncaring. Don't help you when you need help. When their system is sending messages the wrong doctors they threaten you. Please you on hold for 30 minutes then are rude and ugly but if you get rude and ugly back they go run tell their supervisor and get you kicked out. Suck it up if you dish it out. Maybe if you got prettier girls working for you they wouldn't have a self esteem problem and wouldn't be rude and ugly. And skinnier women.

Great staff,. Good food.doing dialysis and physical therapy.  Really make things easier for me.  Make sure my pain is controlled.  I'm impressed.

Have used NEA Baptist with my parents and w myself, both hospital and cancer center and am highly satisfied!  Even the meals a good, wouldn’t say great, but good!
