A clean, well designed, up-to-date hospital, with friendly, personable and knowledgeable staff. Our nurse and anesthesiologist were very experienced and calming (no pun intended), while Dr. Wallace has a great bedside manner and was a competent surgeon for a wrist fracture. Our only complaint might be that he wait time with an appointment was a little long, almost two hours. However, the care was excellent, which was the most important criteria for us.

The ER staff were the nicest most understanding health professionals I have ever met, they deserve a lot more gratitude then they have been given!!

Baptist is the only hospital that found out what I was having I am still having problems with my heart the doctor I have been seeing I just want to get a doctor with Baptist heart to see me

I visited while in town over Labor Day. I was having muscle spasms in my shoulder and arm and was in extreme pain. The doctor never touched me and didn't listen to anything I said. I was never asked what level pain I was having. I was given a toradol IM injection and it did nothing to relieve my pain. I told her it didn't work and I was literally still doubled over crying in pain and she ignored it. The medicine she sent me home with didn't help at all. I visited a doctor when I returned home and she laughed at the meds she gave me bc they wouldn't do anything for my problem. Great way to treat your tourist to your city doctor!

This is a VERY bad hospital. I do not recommend coming here if you have an emergency. I've been waiting in the ER for three hours with appendix problems. I'd rather have it burst and Jesus take me now than wait there EVER AGAIN!!!
