Felt like I had to redo everything because it wasn't done right. They aren't professionals, it's ran by a college kid in his garage. I feel bad writing for writing this because he tried and he probley just thinks I was a picky customer but when your gone for 3 hours and I paid you $65 ($22/hour) I expect professional and I want my car to be as clean as it can possibly get, and it wasn't. Next time I will go to a dealship and just pay extra!

If you're looking to get your car in great shape (inside and out), I'd be willing to argue that there is no better place in Rexburg than Neat Freaks. I'm a detail oriented guy and I enjoy doing business with professionals who share my love for detail. I found that and more with Neat Freaks... and the prices are very competitive. Our car looks better than it did when we bought it... seriously. If it were possible I'd give them 10 stars out of 5

Barratt does great work! He came to my work and shampooed my car. It was super convenient because I didn't have to take the time to drop my car off and pick it back up later. He has done two of my cars and three of my coworkers' cars. Super convenient and super affordable.
