Outstanding care and compassion. Friendly, helpful, and organized front office and staff. Doctors knowledgeable and take their time to get to know you and your pet. No-pressure tactics (for extra testing or supplements), just helpful guidance. Both our dogs enjoy going for their check-ups which is always a good indicator.

Clean and fresh smelling facility.

Parking can get tight, especially at peak times (morning drop-off and afternoon pickup-up) so plan accordingly.

Dr. Christine Johnson has been caring for our Rescue Beagles for the past 17 years and we could not be more grateful. Her personal care and concern along with clear communication of our treatment options have helped make what are often difficult decisions a bit easier. She is regarded like part of the family and we just can't imagine our beagle journey without her. 💟💟💟

The staff at the Neighborhood Pet Clinic are kind! They took our very dear pet, Lucy,who was dying and helped us in a moment when we did not have much clarity. Although they are not a "walk in " clinic, they helped us.  It was early in the morning and it was not scheduled, I did not call ahead as I was too upset. I know it was an inconvenience. But they were kind and gracious and they treated us so very kindly. I want to thank them for their understanding and kindness.

They are SOOOOO good here. The vets, techs and staff are the most patient and compassionate. I feel so bad for our animals that I didn't find this place sooner!

Dr. Christine Johnson and her Vet Tech., Laura, have been our Labrador's favorite peeps since day 1!  She gets so excited when we are about a half a mile away. They have done all of her procedures and are always thorough in their explanations before and after so there are no surprises.  (My lab has had an interesting and curious first year, so they all know her pretty well) :-) The entire staff is great!  Always helpful, knowledgeable and they put up with me! Saylor's reaction every time she sees them says it all.  She will never go anywhere else!  She loves them and so do we!  Thank You!!!
