I called to make an appointment as a new patient for my 9 year old daughter on 1/22/18. They front desk was very helpful and kind. After her appointment on 1/23/18 in Monroe, we all had a great experience. The dental hygienist and dentist were both wonderful. The whole staff is fantastic! I highly recommend Nela Dental!

We LOVE NELA!  My husband and I drive all the way from Shreveport just to come here.  Such an awesome, caring, and professional staff. They are the best. We always feel taken care of there.  Also...just a personal fave...they always have great music playing and tvs in all the rooms!

When I called to get a price to have a tooth pulled AFTER insurance pays what it will, and the lady that I was talking to was very rude. Well we don't know if your insurance will pay anything on this until we get you here and run it. (I'm reading the insurance coverages to her)
Then when she understands that. She said we can not even see you until week after next... seriously? I just told the other lady that answered the phone that I am in pain and have been for 3 days trying to find a dentist...

AMAZING!! The very best dentist I've ever seen is Dr. Vance Costello in Farmerville, LA.  Can't say enough good things about him AND his staff. It is actually a joy to go see the dentist.  How many people can say that?  Prices are good and care is excellent. I tell everyone I know about NELA dental in Farmerville.
