The staff was very polite and helpful. I had little to no wait time. They took me as a first appointment when I called the day before right at closing because I had an emergency. They however were not in my insurance network so they just did an X-ray to tell me what was wrong because I couldn’t afford to have everything done there. The staff was nice, and funny and were very understanding of my financial situation. I wish my insurance was taken there because I would love to have them as my regular dentist. I saw Dr. Neumann, and he was very polite and made sure I understood completely what was happening, he explained everything to me very well. I really appreciate him and his staff for helping me!

Everyone is so nice every time I come in.  Unfortunately, the Dental Hygienist that I have used since I started coming there retired.  The new one was very nice, however, when she was finished, my "bib" was full of blood.  She picked up under my gums and it really really hurt.   My teeth have never been sensitive to cold or hot but they were for days and they hurt.   It was a very painful visit.   I've never had a cleaning hurt so bad since I've been there.  My teeth are just now starting to feel a little better.   Again, great office and everyone is so kind. This is the first "bad" visit I have ever had.  I would still recommend them as they are the best!!!

I had a tooth that needed pulled and in extreme pain, called many dentist in the Winchester area and no one had an appointment available despite  the severe pain I was experiencing. It was like late in the day Friday and I was fearing the worse and thought I had this pain to look forward to all weekend, but when I called their office they were happy to accommodate me and I had an appointment scheduled for the next day on Saturday.  They were so nice and really know what they are doing. I have had so much dental work and know the difference between good and bad dentist and these guys far exceed good by a long shot.  They had my tooth out in no time and really made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. I will be using them as my dentist in the future for sure and highly recommend them to everyone. The dental assistant was great, even the administrative staff were outstanding, just a great group of people who know their craft.  The price was great too.

This is the best Family Dentistry.  I’ve been going the Dr. Neumann now for 20+ years.  You are greeted with such a professional, caring and kind staff.  Dr. Neumann does A++ work and I couldnt be happier with my dentist.  I would like to thank Roxanne for my recent cleaning.  She did an excellent job! She was so thorough and my teeth felt great!  I look forward to my next visit with Roxanne!  Hats off to Dr. Westover for an excellent job on our daughter’s orthodontics!

My husband and I are new patients here and are very pleased.   Everyone we met in the office is friendly and accommodating.  We are thankful to have found such a good group.
