I always tend to include the staff with my review. The staff is what makes a business great. This black lady kind of overweight short hair. Around 5'4 she was working attending people at the help and sign in desk today(9:20am 3/6/18 she was being rude after me trying to ask her questions about the wait times and how the phone # worked to call me. She keeps speaking over me while I still have words in my mouth. Very rude and loud. She was acting as if I was just another obstacle. She had a very bad attitude. She said something about me to someone as I walked away but I let it go so i wouldnt cause drama and left to go wait. If i see her again i will try and get her name so I can put it on this review.

If you need to complete anything in here be prepared to spend at least 5 hours especially Monday. For the driving test go somewhere else they are lazy, chit chat policy in effect  no joke they are laughing and just walking around when they finish the joke and decide, public deserve a little of attention they call next person if at lunch time don't expect to be called for at least 40 minutes nobody was called. Be aware it doesn't matter how much experience do you have they will reject you and make you pay again from 20 people before me only 2 passed the test they are extremely strict. Not as strict in the written exam where applicants may be talking and distracting others with no problem. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else I'll do that, walking out of this place.

The employees are fine. If you follow the golden rule then everyone is pleasant. It's a typical DMV, if you don't have an appointment then expect to stay here 2-5 hours even for an ID card.

Typical Government Workers 💤 ===== The DMV Kiosk is no longer working at this location. There was a flood months ago and they haven't bothered to fix the machine.All I needed was a printout of my license. Normally,the kiosk can print it out within minutes. It would have been nice to have known in advance that the machine is out of order on the DMV website. They were not willing to make concessions for their failures like printing it out at the Information Desk instead of making me wait. 
Government Bureaucracy at its best. 

Sad. I never did get the print out because the computer kept pushing back my time for people who had appointments and I had to go to work. Do not go there for the Kiosk and  do not go there without an appointment.

I see it got pretty busy but the staff is way better and it's not a super long wait depending on what you're there for.
