The wait is very long clients have to wait for up to three hours at a time in order to speak with a representative. The staff was helpful however sometimes I notice how they can sort of ignore that you've been waiting for so long. Such as when I asked how much of a wait was remaining the first representative failed to even look at me at standing in front of his counter the representative next to him had to help me while the individual was busy concentrated on his computer.

This place is slow the security act it's a bank or something and the workers are horrible. It's the 12th and a worker still have not touched my case. I have a job so I got a telephone interview and still have to come in here and waist my time

Dont talk all day when you know you got an appointment soon...you can arrive late or be there and miss your name being called_GET READY TO BE PATIENT AND BE ORDERD BY NUMBER

Yes , it take time consuming but we are there for assistance, and I am not the only one... But once I am with the worker... Everything is taken care of...

My mom got help by a guy with green eyes front desk letter A. I did not like the way he treated my mom. He was talking really low in Spanish and my mom asked him if he spoke Spanish. And this disrespectful guy said " I've been talking Spanish this all time lady. Then he turned to talk to the girl next to him to ask " hey am I talking in Spanish or what am I speaking" I think that the customer service here isn't great. It's understandable that people need help but there's no need to make them feel low about themselves. People like him should not work in a environment that people need help and assistance.
