I've never been inside of this paticular NSB branch. However, I've used this ATM a few times late at night in the past... I imagine most of us know, it's hard to find available, working, branch ATM's when you need one. So it unfortunate this 24 hour ATM will be permanently closing starting January 2018.

Do not bank with this bank!  They charged my blind senior citizen husband $175 in over draft charges for $99 that he spent.  I put 2 deposits in his account, and both of them BEFORE he spent anything and 5 days later, they credited his account and then took that money in overdraft charges.  They should be ashamed!  Stealing money from a blind senior citizen!!!!!

I love coming to this branch. They remember their customers and always give them the help they need.

Absolutely no customer services! I wish places would start to realize that they wouldn't be in business if it wasn't for their customers.
