If you want a bank that takes your business personal, Nsb is the way to go. This particular branch, takes it to a whole new level, the way banks used to be. The bank manager, took the time to know me and greets me whenever he sees me.

I don't normally review banks because they feel like they are all the same.  Not this place however because I went in today and was greeted with an enthusiastic smile by an employee.  I didn't wait very long before a woman teller politely called me up to handle my transaction.  Everyone in the branch seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and it was a Saturday.  I will start using this branch more often because service like this place has is unfortunately so hard to find nowadays.  I'm impressed!

Sahara and Durango is perhaps my favorite location. the manager behind the Tellers seem to be happy to be working there and is always happy to see people when they come in. 
Even if she's walking by, she will still wave, smile or say hello to the people standing in line (I've seen people in front of me SMILE)
