For 25 yrs a customer, was 32 cents over drawn and was slapped with 35 dollar over draft fee.  Manager still charged me after discussion.

I also have had these problems but they did take care of things and everything woked out fine. paid no fees or charges on my account.the people in this branch do seem to have a bit of an attitude but the rest are always very nice and friendly.
