This bank is racist.  I have PERFECT credit with tremendous equity and they denied my a loan.  The name of the banker is FRANIS DULNUAN and he even told he that he has never seen a customer get treated the way I have.  Steer clear of this bank at all costs since they lack integrity. I wish I could give them a lower mark than 1 star.

Don't even know why I keep trying to give this branch another chance. Management has had the worst customer service for the past 3 years I've lived in Vegas. This branch is the reason I went from 4 accounts with US bank to zero. Absolutely horrible, don't need the attitude to ruin my day. Never dealt with Kloe until today but same management attitude. They must send this branch managers to how to piss off a customer school.

Stupid slow, ATM is always either not able to do deposits or withdrawls, that is a crapshoot. Typically only one drive thru open, and it seems like they let people open a mortgage at the window, despite the line being 3 or 4 cars deep.

If I could give zero stars I would! But to post a comment I have to put at least 1 star. This isnt so much about this branch but rather US Bank as a whole! They charged me $700+ in illegal overdraft charges when my account NEVER OVERDRAFTED. One day, I had deposited $100, followed by 3 transactions totalling $70. I should have had $30 left over right?! Wrong! After crediting the $100 to my account, they charged me 3 overdraft fees and THEN put my transactions through. This AND ONLY THIS caused my 3 transactions to overdraft... AND subsequently my next 15 debits also (I kept depositing just enough $ each day to cover what I would be spending... I had no idea about this problem for a while week!) I keep an updated ledger and was signed up for text alerts (never received a txt). When I complained to customer service they said the fees were valid because my balance was negative when those first 3 transactions posted. IT WAS NEGATIVE BECAUSE THEY CHARGED 3 OVERDRAFT FEES FOR those SAME EXACT  3 transactions!!!! They wouldn't help me. The supervisor told me I was "playing with fire" by not keeping a higher balance in my account and not having overdraft protection like a savings account or credit card. I told them I wanted to initiate a dispute, but they NEVER did. This isnt even a transaction reordering scam where they put large transactions through first so all the little ones will get fees too; that requires you to have overdrafted your account at least once. I didnt even overdraft once!!! Im taking legal action against US Bank next. This is the third time they have tried charging me fees when they should not have (Ive only had my account for 6 months!).

This location is crap. Waited forever for a Notary (there is only 1) she was a private phone call! I could here talking about her plans for the weekend. No one at her desk---the branch was not busy. Left went to another branch.
