I'm not the type of person to leave a bad review, but I want to save someone from going through what I had too. Opened my account a couple years ago with my father as a co-signer. He eventually completely took over the account, and became the main holder. I had gone to create a second account and they denied me even though they told him he could open as many checking accounts as he wanted. I eventually opened up a savings account, and they charge you for EVERYTHING. Some months I had been paying over 100$ in fees. So I finally gave up and went down to this location to close my account, because I couldn't afford it anymore. No one was waiting in front, so I had no idea where to go. Ended up waiting in the teller line for 10 minutes, then I see one of the employees go and stand in front of the door to greet people. Left the line and asked if he could check me in to close my account. Got signed in, and after waiting for over 30 minutes I finally got in to see someone. I told her what had happened, and she closed my account. I double checked that they did NOT touch anything on my fathers account, because my name was on it. They assured me they didn't. So closed my account, and afterward I waited for over half an hour in the teller line. Only two people were working, and one of the tellers were in training. Horrible customer service, ridiculously slow, then when I got up to the guy and said I needed to withdraw the money because I closed my account he rolled his eyes and withdrew the money. I couldn't even get a hello from anyone except the women helping me. This morning when we went to go get groceries, he tried paying and his card was being rejected. So he looked on his app and his account had been emptied. If they were going to empty both, that wouldn't have been a issue, I could have put the money back in. It's the fact that they didn't tell me even after I asked. This place doesn't care about it's customers, only money. Save you time and do not go here. Scratch that, just go through a different bank because this place is an absolute joke.

Incompetent people and they do not answer phone on a Monday at 11am WTH. Purse was stolen and had to change license number fraud unit told me on phone I need to bring in new license and these fools would not take a copy of my new one so I called fraud again today and they assured me they did need my new license which only makes sense. Supervisor on phone said I probably just talked to someone too lazy to do their job 😏. Now I have to find another one and make them call fraud if they do not take care of it. No common sense!

45 minutes in line - only two tellers ? Your location is busy why not have more tellers ? Needs better management.

This bank is horrible. Extremely bad service. I’ve seen the way they talk to other people and it’s extremely poor customer service. In need of new staff.

Horrible service Assistant manager DIANA extremely rude and not professional . Terrifying experience at this branch and definitely never coming back
