I only gave a one star because I had to. I honestly dont give any stars to this company. I recently dealt with Chandra on a property. Explained I was moving from out of stste and booked flights tickets for this. The property was listed on the website (still is!) As avail. For rent 1/15. She told me I had the hime after I looked at it. I did that and told her I wanted it.  She never responded then texted me out the blue and said sorry the property is not availble it needs more repairs then the owner can handle!!!! What! Why is it listed???? Why wasnt I informed prior??? So i finally get her on the phone and she tells me due to a window and the air unit she couldnt move forward and didnt know when it would be avail. And I should look for somewhere else. She hung up in my face. Be careful if you choose to rent from New Covenant. (Of all names to choose) Lord have mercy!

A bunch of liers and scammer, very quick to take your money and ignore you. Don't support military. Beware, if military. I'll be seeing them in court. Also report to better business bureau.

Renters beware!! Do not rent from these people, they are the worst kind of realtors. From day one renting from them was a terrible experience. 0 stars
