Another amazing job by Joyce Jeffrey of Summit Executive Realty.  My wife  and I listed our house with the expectation that it would take a couple of months for the home to sell because of our timing and the slowing real estate market.   Boy were we wrong!  Joyce did an amazing job of staging our home and then made sure we were listed on all of the major Realty platforms and social media outlets. Mrs. Joyce was such a pleasure to work with. She was extremely organized, well prepared, and communicated effectively. She was very professional and our entire deal together was seamless. I cannot recommend her enough for your all your real estate needs!

The few months we rented a house from them they were always there to answer any questions we had, repairs were all made that we needed on the house. Whitney Jeffery will be the reason this company fails. Not only is she not professional and has absolutely no idea how to speak or treat her tentants they are scam artists. I was promised repairs to my house which never happened, I lived with a leaking ceiling in multiple places with my two children which no repaired after several complaints, after moving out I did what was asked and cleaned the home to their standards only to have every reason to not recieve my deposit back from Whitney Jeffery. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a home. They have no care in who they help find a home or what kind of condition they leave you in to home your family.

Mark Sheets is an AMAZING Agent.  Super professional and extremely knowledgeable.  He listened to everything we were looking for our dream home and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.  When working with him and looking at homes, he helped to protect us as clients and made sure negotiations went smoothly and made sure everything was taken care of. I have been with Summit Executive Realty for nearly 8 years. During that time they have maintained a very professional business and exceptional client services. Whitney Jeffrey was an awesome relator.  She was extremely patient through an extended home search.  She learned what we were looking for and worked to ensure those were the only type homes we viewed.  She never pressured us to consider buying a home she could tell we didn’t like.  When we found the right home, she did yeoman work as the seller didn’t have her own relator sale by owner so Whitney did the work of two under challenging circumstances.  Additionally, when it looked like we would not be able to close due to outside issues, she worked with our lender and the title company to make the closing happen.  We couldn’t be happier with Whitney and Summit.  Our mother was so impressed with her, she picked Whitney to sell her house.

We used them for 3 years as our property managers.  The communication was sub par at best.  At one point they were actually arguing with me about them doing their job.  When it came to getting repairs, I always had to ask them to get a few bids on jobs.  They seemed to always want to use thier guys which wasnt always the best of cheapest option.  I would not recomend this company.
