Not what I expected to find.  An unmarked home that did not look like a hotel.  Parking very limited.  On the other hand the owner was very nice and the room comfortable.  Location is great, near Little Italy and a few blocks from the Yale center.

Very clean and inviting place.  I consider it to be best common park in New Haven.  Cheers.

Beautiful neighborhood with cherry blossoms lining the park. Great for pizza lovers. Also a great place for pet owners as you'll see dozens of people out walking their dogs every day.

Nice quiet park, very clean with lots of shade and nice benches spread out so that you can talk or sit peacefully.
