I've been coming here for 4 years and I'm always happy with the quality of care and pricing of their veterinary services. Recently, I boarded my dog there for the first time during a long weekend and was looking forward to seeing my girl run to me after spending time away. To my surprise, when she came out she sniffed everyone in the room and didn't even care that I was there to pick her up! I'm happy that my dog's experience was very positive and that I can trust the staff there to make the boarding process as smooth as possible.

The vets at New Hope are amazing. I found them to be very supportive and friendly, reasonably priced, and very competent. My dog Chloe had kidney failure and they did a wonderful job of doing everything we could for her, and, when the time came, helping her pass peacefully and happily. They even put out some mats and blankets so we could do the procedure in a puddle of sunshine outside, because that was Chloe's favorite place. I would absolutely recommend them.

This animal hospital is top notch. I can't say enough about the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I would say this even without the little extra things they do to exceed all expectations. For example, on one visit my cat's carrier was dirty from being left outside, and I didn't leave myself enough time to clean it before the appointment.The staff cleaned it and put a clean puppy pad in the bottom of it. That's just how they roll!

They are a fantastic animal hospital. I've been bringing my cat here for 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. 1. Pricing. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable, with basic wellness exams being a flat rate and being upfront about any additional costs. They also are not pushy about treatments. 2. Pet care. They not only let your pet sit in a quiet exam room while waiting if they are nervous about other animals (assuming they aren't super busy), but are very kind and gentle with nervous animals. They are very understanding that my cat is a little bit nervous around loud noises and new people and make the experience pleasant for both of us. 3. Business. The location is easy to get to, always incredibly clean, and all the staff are great to interact with. I was recommended this place by a friend and would highly recommend it to any triangle area pet owners.

After trying a few vet offices closer to home, I ended up at New Hope and couldn't be happier. They treat your pets like family and there's no pressure to up sell things like many places I've seen. Both of my dogs are very comfortable at New Hope and I appreciate what they do!
