More than a health-food store, this place.

Passing through Augusta, I was taken by surprise by New Life Foods. Not only did they offer a great selection of quality foods and supplements, but also a shocking assortment of bulk herbs (some of them rare, and all at below-internet prices, even). What's more, there was even a juice bar and a cafe squeezed into the complex, and a little library and lounge area, too. The service was fast and friendly, and I left quite satisfied.

Someone put a lot of work into this store, and I appreciate it. Thanks a bunch, and keep it up :-)

We were looking for a particular item. He said he did not have it. Then further we asked for another product, he turned his back while we were talking and carried on with his business. Not good for customer service. However the products may be ok. Unsure, because he lost my business.

I called in to ask if they carried a product and was placed on a 8 min hold the first time.  The second time I called in, I only waited 5 mins before ending the call.  I guess they are too busy to have good phone service for a potential customer .

I really like New Life. It's clean, has a lot of interesting products, and the cafe makes really good food. I love there dried herbs, and use them for tea. They also have a beautiful plant selection.
