I was very disappointed by the visit I made to the Spring store on Monday 06/19/2017.  I took time out of a busy day to drive all the way over to this Augusta store, when I walked in, it was like a party atmosphere.  I was greeted by two young men who seemed more interested in talking about their days and who computers was whose.  Finally one asked me if he could help me.  
I went to the counter with him and asked him if it was time for me to get an upgrade on my phone.  He asked for my license, scanned it into something and then asked me to sign the screen. I asked him why am I doing this and he said it was required, I asked him why and finally got an answer that it was for fraud reasons.  
He seemed more interested in his coworker next to him and what was going on in the store than informing me what my options were.  After he finally answered my questions with no interest from him, he noticed someone coming into the store with 4 other people who he waved to said thats my customer and then proceeded to just ignore me.
Not sure if I want to go back to this store.  Usually I had gotten great service here, but it seems to have changed and they are not interested in handling older customers even though they have been a customer for twenty years.  
Thinking maybe I should try Verizon.

If I could rate negative I would. The salesperson lied to us when we signed up and it was a nightmare every minute after until we switched​ to Verizon. We suffered 2 years with this joke of a company. Now we have phones that ACTUALLY have service and a company that doesn't have to lie to get customers. Don't let the Sprint's BS hype get you! You pay for what you get and what you get is a bunch of crap service on ALL levels! SPRINT IS A JOKE! Run as fast as u can!

I was waiting for a technician and there was another lady waiting after me. After waiting, the technician started helping other customers that came in after us. We were told to sit and wait for the technician in seats that were in front of his desk but he went to other customers that were just standing around. They need to have a system where customers can sign in or check in to keep everyone in order. I eventually left after not receiving any service.

Very pleased with the patience the assistant manager had. My apps are now working properly.

Just left the sprint store as a very happy customer! After having difficulties at the store at the mall, they referred us to the repair center. Walked in, sat about 5 minutes and was out in another 5! We have an LG G4 that had the notorious bootloop problem, and they are replacing the phone with the new LG G5.
