Go here to return all of your Comcast stuff- DVRs, modems, remote controls. I was out in fewer than five minutes with a receipt. This beats the long lines and bad attitudes at the Comcast place in Augusta.

It would be nice if they were a little more welcoming to colored folks; the bias is obvious, and you feel it as soon as you walk in the store and wait for nobody to even acknowledge your presence. 3/5 because once forced to acknowledge me, they were able to get me sorted. Weird experience though. Non-blacks should be fine.

I've used their service for various printing needs since they opened on Washington Road the first time. I live in Charlotte, NC now and I still have printing orders for clients in Augusta. It costs me far less to use these fine professionals and have the clients pick up their orders there than to do it here and ship it. Very efficient and far better than FedEx Office in that the quakity is great, the prices are an all around low and they greet you and bid you farewell with a smile. Can I give them more than 5 stars, please?

These ladies are very efficient, professional, and kind. They greet every single person that walks through the door. And I have never waited more than 10 minutes, even when they're at their busiest. Great place!

The young ladies working Saturday were extremely polite. Unfortunately, they had just encountered one of the nastiest customer attitudes due to the UPS Store being unexpectedly closed that day. These young ladies handled it with great decorum and professionalism. And they were very helpful and friendly to me. Thank you, ladies, and I hope your day got better. My comment to other customers: though you may be having a bad day, please don't take it out on others. Your bad day is not justification to yell at anyone or treat someone cruelly.
