Everyone was very nice, but this place is super busy!! I was scheduled to come in at 8:45am. The person at the front took all of my information. She was very professional, very nice. Then I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours! I was super super nervous and was freaking out! However, when I got in the back, the nurses and everyone I met was fantastic!! Surgery went well. I would recommend to others, but expect to wait!

Appointment here for a simple procedure at 10:30am. They were very explicit about being there on time. Arrived at 10:15am. Got to the back for pre-surgery prep at 11am. Here is where the problem starts. Once I was ready for surgery they left me there in the prep room for 3+ hours before they could get me into an operating room to start the procedure. They kept telling me they were backed up and running late. Terribly unorganized. They kept putting people that came in after me in front. I also paid cash for my procedure so it had nothing to do with money. I do not recommend NPR Surgery Center to anyone. Save yourself a ton of headaches. Go somewhere else.The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because most of the nurses were very nice and tried to do their best.

My wife and i both had excellent experiences at the New Port Richie surgical center.The staff handled everything in a timely and professional manner the place is immaculate.When i went into the room to have my procedure done all the staff were terrific, they made me feel right at home i was not on edge one bit.There will always be some individuals that are not happy with something but as far as i'm concerned i would have no problems going back to the surgi center again if i had to.The next day i received a follow up phone call to see how i was doing way to go surgi center.

Best experience I've had at a medical center thus far. The nurses and doctors here go above and beyond for your health and answer all questions needed. Thank you guys so much you guys rock!

This was the best experience I've ever had. The surgery center is spotlessly clean. The entire staff is very welcoming, professional and super friendly. Had my 17 month old sons surgery here. Was super fast and everyone was great with him. The lady at the front desk is fantastic. All 3 of his nurses and Dr. Ruis the anesthesiologist were amazing. They treated him like he was theirs. Dr. Merchant is the best ENT around. I can not say enough good things about our experience there. I hope they get the recognition they deserve.
