Rude staff. Placed an online order for store pick up. After no notification after day one I just called to check status of order. After being put on hold 3 different times in 20 minutes I was told that due to a large volume they have not had time to pull my order and that I should wait for online notification bar 4 calling back. I reminded the check that I thought that this was supposed to be quicker than ordering online.  Moments later I received notification that my order was cancelled.  Very unprofessional.

I asked a sales associate about a specific dress in which she directed me to .  She looks through them in front of me and said oh I don't have this one and took the one size that would fit me and placed it on the counter. Nice !  I won't be back !!!! The customer service at the mall of ga location has been lacking personable and professional associates for quite some time now.

Rude staff. No one seems to want to do any work. 'The sales rep was asked to issue a refund and she made it seem like I have to make a purchase in the same amount. When I explained to her that I did not want to do that, she seemed irritated.
