I was at the Sephora at jcpenny and the manager, Toni was wonderful!! She explained all the products I was interested in, she took time going over the all the details! I have been there before and had a horrible experience but today was great! I will be back just because of the amazing service Toni provided.

There are good bargain to be had at this store but it is untidy and unkept. I don't know where the staff hide as it is near impossible to find someone who works there! I've been there on different days different times and its the same only one cash reg and one changing room open in women's dept! Long lines as the only checkout is the customer service where people are returning items so it is incredibly slow. Poor service staff seem to hate their job. Forget getting a different size at the shoe dept i never see anyone there. I would avoid this JCP if you are on any type of schedule!

It is Christnas time and at 2:35pm no a soul was found on the  floor to assist customers. The young lady at the register was alone. No backup.  Line ten deep.  Tuesday Dec. 5, 2017.

JC Penney founded April 14 1902. This great store has been around for 115 years and still going strong. Great prices and selections. Check out their weekend deals and sales.

I will never come to this sephora in the jcpenny store again. When I was going to pay for my items with my gift card I noticed the pin number on the card was scratched off. The sephora employee informed me that most of their gift cards PIN numbers would scratch off and that she would call a manager for help. The employee was completely nice and professional but it was the manager i had a problem with. The manager, Mary came and she didn’t even acknowledge me. While she was “trying” to fix the problem i was waiting there for about 20 min. After a long period of time she finally got on the phone with someone but by this time i had to leave for work because I was going to be late. I told her she can just cancel the transaction because I had to go back to work and she just said gave me my card back. Since I work in customer service I know how you are supposed to handle things with an angry customer and she was completely rude. I did not get an apology or anything for the 45 min that I wasted waiting for her come to the Sephora section and to figure out how to fix my problem which she in the end did not fix it at all. An apology is all I wanted but at the end of the day I realized that not everyone has good customer service. I will not come here ever again.
