I bought my Camry here. Had a great Salesman he went the extra mile to earn my business. The service department leaves so much to be desired I don't mean the mechanics. I was notified I was due for a 
Toyota Care. I called made the appointment and coincidentally needed my NYS inspection done. This dealer is about a half hour drive from my home. When I got there I was informed " No, you are not due for another two months." No apologies etc... I could have gone 2 miles from my home for an inspection. My maintenance light went on a few months later. I called for an appointment and was told this is your last free Toyota Care. Oh what a surprise! This appointment was not complimentary but a charge. The service rep was so incredibly rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he was on vacation. I wrote an email to Toyota Headquarters. They referred me back to a Customer Service Manger at Newburgh. I did get a call from the Sales Manager who promised the Service Manager would call me back. Well months later I am still waiting. Today,  I get an email did I fix my brakes yet? I was told at my last Service Appointment they needed to be replaced. That never happened!  I was told my car was fine.

Had my Camry serviced service 11/19.  Good experience.  In and out quickly.  Loved the car wash!

Where to begin....my husband and I leased our 2016 Corolla in March of this year. The salesman was very nice (note, we bought the car in Middletown). I live in Newburgh, so coming here for my services is much easier. The first time I came for my 5k, the woman was very nasty. So for my 10k, I drove out to Middletown where they were very nice. Today, I decided to go back to Newburgh for my 15k and was treated by a very nice man and told him that the only concern I had was it appeared to me that they never rotated my tires last time. I knew it wasn't them so I was very nice about it. My front tires were definitely more worn than my back. I actually didn't notice it until 2 different people told me. So I asked that just make sure it is done. He assured me that it would be.  When it was done a woman came out, yelled my last name and told me my car was done. This was the same woman I had dealt with last time. She basically called me a liar in so many words, told me that my tires were fine and was very nasty about it. Seeing as though I was very nice about the whole ordeal I was very taken back. Then I get to my car and find a note that they removed my floor mats and put them in the trunk because they are not "safe or factory." Well, let me tell you about the floor mats. When I leased the car, it was supposed to come with these floor mats. They failed to give me my floor mats. So I had to buy them at Walmart. Rather than tell me and allow me to explain, they throw my floor mats in my trunk and leave me a note. I'm just so disgusted by this place and when my lease is up I will not continue with the company since they allow such incompetence and nastiness in their establishments.
