Pediatrics ER - if you need doctors care go somewhere else! We went with my 1yr old son- the doc treated us like we were imbeciles and then had to apologies for putting wrong diagnosis on my son. He talked down on us cause we have our son breastmilk while he had the tummy virus and was really dehydrated. He had to come in and apologize for that as well and change his mind to say actually it is the best thing we could have done for the baby. The nurses were even worst! Tortured my son to take blood samples- 3 times cause they got it wrong within 7h. I had to call the nurse 12 times so she can change the IV of our son and in the meanwhile the beeping sound from the machine kept on going in the room. She didn't attend do us cause she was busy eating chips- full plate of Doritos and then chatting on the phone w her legs up on the table!!!!!!if you love your kid- don't go to this hospital!

This place is an absolute disgrace. I was sent here by Newton Wellesley to follow up with some wound care.... With instructions in hand from the doctor at the ER. When I checked in the receptionist was extremely rude and was more concerned about who stole one of her pens... (I say this because she had about 50 pens in front of her.) Then after being registered where I told them I could not sit, she had me go in to a room to be triaged. The room was so messy I immediately began questioning my safety. I waited standing for a nurse to show up but instead just got dirty looks from each one who walked by. Eventually a nurse who I watched take a cup of urine without gloves put it in a bag then go on a computer without washing her hands came over to me and told me to sit down. (Third time... I can't sit thanks.) The woman who checked me became concerned with how long I was standing there and stared asking nurses one by one to come triage me. Did I mention the waiting room was empty completely? Each nurse either refused or ignored her. The fourth one Rudely saying "ummmm I'm in the middle of something!" At this point I took my folder gave it back to the desk and walked out after making the statement that I was uncomfortable with their operations. Not one person said a thing to me or apologized or asked what happened. Truly disgraceful.

The staff at Newton-Wellesley are very kind and professional. I came in for a burn and they addressed the issue thoroughly. The two times I have visited, there has only been 1 person in front of me in line so my wait time wasn't very long. Parking is free in the garage right next to the facility. Also, there's free wifi while you wait!
