Even one star rating is too much. Employees are very rude and insists to purchase rental car insurance. I rent a car last month. I was attracted about rental car price since it was about ~ 10% less than other rental car company near around. But service is the worst and car condition is also the worst. It is not price-worse. Don't be a next victim.

Booked my reservation almost 3 months in advance. Spoke to a representative roughly 2 weeks prior to pick. My vehicle far exceeded my expectations (with exception to the smell of smoke which was drowned with 8 air freshers). Like one of the previous reviews states the staff there are all cool, poker face types and they treat everyone not with the best expectations upfront. The pickup process I was in and out no issues at all. The return was a different story. Not sure where the staff was but I was checked in by what I believe was a lot attendant (as the only rep in store was assisting clients on the phone....location seems understaffed noticed even from pick up). As far as my experience goes it went well. I just wish I would feel more appreciated for spending my money with this establishment as opposed to competitors. In this type of business better relationships really equivocates to more repeat business, Once the people at this location can catch on to this, Sky is the limit and monthly bonuses will certainly increase.
