Fast, friendly, and supportive. The agent was terrific. I had to bring my car to be repaired and didn't need any other hassles. The Enterprise shop was next door and everything worked seamlessly. Bravo!

I have been renting from Enterprise since 2005 and not once have I ever had a bad experience. Once, they kep the office open for me for almost an hour while I rushed from the metro station to get to them!

This most recent interaction was no different from the service I have received in the past.The branch on Baltimore avenue right next to Van Dusen rd is busy all the time, but the team has it down to a science. I was acknowledged immediately, informed that I will be attended to very soon. In no time, someone was getting to know what I needed. 
I don't know how Enterprise recruits its staff, but they must get access to the cream of the crop!
My latest rental was very smooth, from my pick up to the time I had keys in my hands. I am a fan for life. In fact, I am making another reservation for next week while I wait for my car to be ready.

The Enterprise on Baltimore Ave. is in my opinion, the best location in the area. The sales associates are respectful and eager to meet all of your needs to the best of their ability. Update: On my most recent reservation (September 2017), I have to say that I was somewhat disappointment with my rental. The location only had 2 cars to choose from and this is even after I place my reservation months in advance. The sales associate appeared to be concentrated more on getting me to upgrade my reservation. They kept saying stuff that it was just $10-15 more, but I had to remind her that this price was an additional price each day. The car that I selected was underwhelming. The outside of the car was dirty and the inside was even dirtier. There were stains on that back seats and just dust and dirt everywhere. If I did not have to be somewhere at a certain time, I would have requested that they clean my car right then.

Friendly staff and good overall experience. No complaints. I would highly recommend this location. It is rare these days to go to places and feel like you are truly valued as a customer, but they've managed to make me feel that way. All of the staff that I saw were friendly.
