Every single person is always smiling and making sure you are comfortable. There's every age group there, so you never feel like a pariah. They work extremely well with my schedule and their office is impeccable. Its always clean and welcoming. There is always room for parents, or others, to sit and watch whats going on in the office, as well as a very nice and entertaining waiting room. 10/10 definitely would recommend.

I recently relocated to the Tri-Cities and needed an orthodontist to finish treatment I had started in Montana. Dr. Butler and his staff are truly amazing! Each person was so friendly and knowledgeable and wanted to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with everything they are planning to do to improve my teeth and my smile. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Highly recommend this office!

Parkinson has been my orthodontics since I was in third grade! Through a head-gear and two sets of braces and a few lost retainers I have very much enjoyed my time there! All the ladies are so much fun and became our families friends. They get to know you on a first name basis and always have a smile on their face! The two orthodontists I have worked with have always been caring and happy. Their always light-hearted and understand every situation. They're a celebratory fun bunch and I suggest them to everyone!

My sister has been coming to Parkinson-Butler Orthodontics for more than 2 years. We love the early appointments, so she isn't missing school or we aren't pulling her out of school in the middle of the day. She especially loves the ice cream at the end of the visit. I love that their is someone who speaks Spanish and can translate for my mother when I am not able to attend. The staff is wonderful and I would recommend Parkinson-Butler Orthodontics to anyone. We look forward to the time that my sister gets her braces off.
