I brought my grandmother in today because she wasn't feeling well, and I was a bit apprehensive due to the reviews, however, I came in anyhow because it was convenient.   The staff and doctor were very pleasant, caring, and informative.  The doctor took his time explaining what was going on and various ways to treat it.  I did not feel rushed or as if they didn't care about my grandmother's well being.  Great place! It was empty when we got here, so needless to say the wait time wasn't long at all.

I stop in twice a year on average.  Wait times do vary.  The staff is always nice.  The doctors always great.  Never ever felt rushed.  Always felt like they listened.

- Two regular care visits with Dr. Smith: First one fine. Second visit, she suggested I was making up reaction to the meds ("Never in 30 years have I EVER had someone experience that. I know you've had bad experiences with medication ...") So, I just didn't WANT it to work? Maybe the reaction was attributable to other issues, but if that's the case, talk to me like an intelligent adult about it, don't condescend with your years of experience over my years of understanding my own body.
 
- Brought my mom to urgent care right at opening because her leg had started cramping up so bad hours before, that she was in tears. This is a bit after spinal surgery, so any leg/foot issues needed to be checked out right away. I had to go in and ask for a wheelchair, because they didn't offer one as I tried to help her hobble toward the door. Sat in the waiting room for an hour -- we were the first patients -- and they offered her nothing for the pain. Took regular-appointment patients before her. Hoisted her on an exam table, in pain, for scans and sent her home with OTC recommendation. I was angry that they didn't take seriously the pain of an older cancer patient.

Very disappointed,  i called and asked if they were a network provider for Tricare and they said yes, i took my son with a stomach virus and they yous check in and the doctor came to my room and touched his stomach and she send me to urgent care , cuse she thought was a Appendix,  they didn't do anything for my son just send hi to ER and thren charges come for $400. That is crazy stupid just for a minute charge that. What a ripoff. At tge end he just had a stomach virus and now I have to pay for the hospital bills, for nothing.  Thre nuerse needs to read the book before give any diagnostic.

The most absolute worst urgent care facility that I ever experienced in my entire life. Please, whatever you do, don't go there if you are in any kind of pain.The female doctor, (i wont mention her name) is like a lawyer that  puts you on the stand and asks you too many questions while you're sitting there suffering and in tremendous pain. She doesn't look through any medical records, nor does she care whatsoever about you. I can honestly say that she's rude, a liar, and the rest of the staff is not very bright.Believe me and I don't want you to have to go through this, trust me and go somewhere else.
