I have seen Jen twice & can’t say enough good things about her & my experience with her. Most of my appointments with a neuro they just pat me on the head & send me home. 🙁 I felt like Jen actually listened to me & tried to understand my condition. I don’t know if she will ever know how grateful I am for that. I haven’t seen any of the other doctors there but in my opinion, Jen is the very best! ❤️

When I called the woman who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment was fairly rude and would not listen when I stated that I had insurance that was not out of their network, and that my E.R. MD directed me to have an urgent appointment within a week, I ended up having to schedule routine later down the road. nevertheless the rest of the experience was wonderful. The reception office was very kind and worked over everything very swiftly, I had very little wait time, and Ashley Rommel ANP-C did incredible in listening to my history, and my concerns and offering valuable feedback. I am looking forward to having her for future visits

Dr. Grear is the best Neuro in Wilmington! She has the biggest heart and cares for her patients. Her concerns are true and kind. When I had lost all hope, she has given me life again. I look forward to my appointments with her. The only downside to seeing the best is not being able to get in when you are need to be seen. She is always booked up! Make your appointment ahead of time...

Dr. Boles, Ester Murray and Stephanie saved my life! If it wasn't for them I would not have known about an almost completely blocked artery. They moved really quick, got me into see the surgeon and now I recooerate from surgery. Truly the Best in the world. Thanks for being the great caregivers you are! They are the BEST by far. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Grear and Dr. Boles and Kathy and staff are the BEST. Thank you all for all that you do. You all are kind, caring and wonderful. If we ask questions we are not made to feel belittled , our phone calls are returned quickly, and emails are answered quickly. Dr. Grear and Dr. Boles came highly recommended to us from Dr. Christy Loveall at Wake Forest Bowman Gray. Dr. Grear saved my mother's life. Her knowledge and kindness are outstanding. Dr. Boles has given my brother a chance to live with fewer seizures. He deals very well with patients who have disabilities. Thank you again for all that you do.
