I go here every 4 months or so for shots in my knees. I have been most pleased with the doctors, PA's, nursing staff.physical therapy staff and reception staff.

Was referred there for a injury I had to my knee over a year ago that has not had any improvement. The receptionists were all super nice, but as for the actual doctor...he really didn't seem to care what I was there for, did probably the most minimum amount of work possible, and then when he "went over" my MRI he basically told me everything I have going on is normal, didn't go over the medical terms that were used in my MRI report, that there is no reason why I should limit any activity and that he doesn't see any issues and to give it more time to possibly heal.

These people are ridiculous! Trying to get what you need is like pulling teeth!

The reception was wonderfully nice and accomodating. The pyscicians assistant Sean Carroll saw me. He was rude, condescending, and sarcastic. He didnt ask me any questions about my injury, just stated that he thought i was fine. And when i started asking questions to try and understand why i was in pain where i was, he became irritated, short , and condescending with his responses. he told me "it just is what it is". Never have i been made to feel stupid for being concerned about my body until meeting this individual. He even went as far as to insinuate that the drs that referred me to an orthopedic, were overreacting. And then had he gall to tell me that he was dropping my visit from a title 4 to a title 2 to "Do me a favor", as if quality service is dependent upon price. I am highly dissatisfied with the kind of patient care he provides. He wanted me in and out. I was just a paycheck for him. Oh and never did see the Dr.

No one ever answers the phone!!!!!! You can't even get in touch with anyone if you are in a hurry to get some of your medical information!
