Ryan M. from Nicholson Plumbing came today to check out a frozen pipe in my bathroom.  He was professional, honest, and provided options to get the problem solved.  He explained and showed different options to perform on my own to help thaw the frozen pipe.  The alternative option was to cut open the drywall and find the frozen pipe but Ryan didn't think it was necessary.  He was correct and his suggestions worked.  After 2 hours of using a infrared space heater and a hair dryer.  Pipe thawed and no leaking or damage.  Thank you!

Rob came to the house to fix some vibrating pipes.  He was prompt, polite, and an all-around great guy to work with.  He came to the house to meet with me on 2 separate occasions and with my wife once.  We both had the same outstanding experience.  He was also great about calling when he was on his way to the appointments and was helpful in getting my follow up appointments scheduled.

Our experience with Nicholson HVAC was great from start to finish.  Anthony helped us figure out all the options we had when we determined we needed to replace our current heating system and he was wonderful to work with! Once we ordered the system, they gave us space heaters and installed an electric hot water heater so we would be comfortable while we waited for the installation.  Our installation happened about a week and a half later (Monday, 11/27) and Wayne and Andre got the work done in one day!  They were professional and did a great job.  We will recommend Nicholson to anyone looking for HVAC or plumbing services.  Thank you!! It feels amazing to have heat and hot water back :)

I'd hire Sean again in a heartbeat. He fixed a few issues under our kitchen sink, explained what was going on and how he was going to fix it. He was prompt, professional, and both my dog and 2 year old enjoyed his company enough to want to hang out with him while he was fixing the issue. Big fan. Thanks Sean.

Sean came to our house to check up on our heating system.  We bought our townhome in June 2017, and the thermostat wasn't functioning well, so we called Nicholson for their opinion of our system's health, and an estimate for any repairs that might be needed.  Sean showed up on time, after calling ahead to let us know he was coming.  He was very courteous, and proceeded to give a very thorough checkup of our system.  He very patiently explained to us all of the mechanics of the heating system, pointed out things that may need to be repaired or replaced soon, and checked our thermostat.  He presented us with his recommended replacement, and gave us a complete estimate of the cost for installing it.  We ended up just signing up for a heating system maintenance agreement, so that we could get future discounts when needed, and get priority scheduling if required for emergency service.  Ion was very professional, respectful, and thorough.  I would recommend him and Nicholson whole-heartedly to anyone needing heating system check-up or service.
